Hi. I want to makeover my Make Ahead Egg Bake to add vegetables and cut out fat. Can you help? Here's the recipe: 1 lb ground beef 6 eggs beaten 2 cups light cream or half and half 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground mustard 1 can french fried onion
Fry ground beef until crumbly and brown. drain. Add remaining ingredients except french fried onions and mix well. stir in 1/2 can french fried onions. Pour into 9x13 pan. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. bake at 350 for 45 minutes. sprinkle with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more. let stand for 15 minutes. |
